Research Abstract

We developed the detection equipment based on surface Plasmon resonance (SPR) phenomenon to detect the methamphetamine for the scientific criminal investigation aiming at the drug abuse's extermination. The SPR sensor can measure a minute change in the refractive index by high accuracy, and yet expensive and large, it is not suitable for Field investigation. In order to develop an effective stimulant detection as a scientific criminal investigation equipment, we have developed a simple system of Double beam method using a highly sensitive two Cylindrical lens and the 2048 pixel CCD line sensor as the detector. The stability angle of the performance of 4/10,000 degrees was obtained by 2/10,000 degrees and the differential motion methods in a single line. In addition, fixation to gold of the IgG antibody as the model antibody was investigated. and the sensitivity of the sensor chip modified with antibody was high enough to detect 1 nano mol about a IgG.
