Research Abstract |
1.15 deoxy-prostaglandin J2 (15d-PGJ2) suppress mouse interstitial pneumonitis induced bleomycin. 15d-PGJ2 is a legand of nuclear receptor, peroxysome-proliferator activated receptor gamma. PPAR gamma highly expressed in lung lesion of bleomycin-induced interstitial pneumonitis 15d-PGJ2 is a stable metabolite of PGD2. PGD syntase retrovirally transfected fibroblasts also inhibited interstitial pneumonitis. 2.15d-PGJ2 inhibited skin sclerosis and lung fibrosis in bleomycin-induced mouse scleroderma model. In this disease model mast cells highly infiltrated in skin and lung and plasma histamine levels increased in this model. 15-dPGJ2 inhibited mast cell activation, histamine release. 3.Lipoxin A4 receptor (ALX) increased bleomycin-induced interstitial pneumonitis. Lipoxin A4 inhibited TGF beta induced lung fibroblast proliferation and collagen synthesis. And TXA2 receptor also induced in induced. ALX induced by TX syntase inhibitor.
