Research Abstract |
1.The stance of the. "chudan-no-kamae" is the most basic and general in the kendo. The use of "ken-sen" (the tip of "shinai") is very important when the scene of offense and defense. In many instruction books, the extension of "ken-sen" points between the opponent's eyes. The purpose of this study was to investigate of the effectiveness in using produaed laser beam projection "shinai". for the guidance of the stance. Results were as follows; (1)Distance of the LED target and "ken-sen" direction on the board were about 0. 16m〜0.2Om when the subjects pointed the "kensen" to the facial position. (2)Distance of the target and the direction of "ken-sen" on the board after guidance was smaller than before but there was no significant difference between two conditions. (3)The group which did not receive the guidance pointed to the right with the target of the "ken-senn" direction. 2.We have already investigated the direction of "ken-sen" in the setting of the laboratory. But there is no research which examined the direction of "ken-sen" in the game. The purpose of this study was to analysis of the direction of "ken-sen" in the stance of kendo games. Three-dimensional motion analysis system was used in this experiment. Results were as follows; (1)In spite of the movement of examinee and the opponent, it was possible to continuously analyze, the relative direction of "ken-sen" at the game of kendo in the present analytical method. (2)The mean position of the direction of "ken-sen" was located near left eye of the opponent (mean value 5.18±12.91cm and 14.0±19.13cm from coordinate axis). This result was similar to that which we got in the laborator in a past. (3)There was the necessity of the simplification in the analytical procedure and accuracy of measuring method.
