Research Abstract

1. To find of a method in the management of durable consumer's goods of condominium and detached house, a research on the actual state of possession children's durable consumer goods and children's room was made.
The result is the following:
(1) After children are growth, durable consumer goods for them are in their room, or used their family, or disposed.
(2) The children's room after their growth used their parent room, or kept intact.
2. Case study of the detached house
The children's room used to parent room (father) after he is supporting himself, or kept intact. But, this room is not used mother's room. The children's room placed the second floor. The children's durable consumer goods are kept intact in children's room.
3. Interview of person in charge of a business
I am interview to the chief edition of house's magazine and the woods recycle industry. The chief edition of house's magazine said that 50' or 60' family planned change of dwelling. And the chief edition of the woods recycle industry said that his company started recycle of woody furniture.
