Research Abstract |
This study was aimed at examining an ideal method of education through living to connect a school and home Through three years, I investigated (1)the family life reality of a child, (2)the fixation situation of elementary school home economics, (3)the guidance situation of elementary school home economics, (4)practice example of education through living. Results were as follows. 1.Primary schoolchildren were peaks, and, in the practice situation of family life, the Japanese children were a junior high student, tendencies to be low with a high school student. 2.Lowness of consciousness as a member of a family and poorness of mental independence were arrested in particular. 3.Basic matters about home economics of elementary schools were not firmly established in students. 4.Interest for children eating and wearing it was low. 5.There were a few original actions about elementary school home economics of teachers. 6.It is important that education through living in a school wrestles in the whole school 7.As policies to connect a school and home, I think that the following are important. (1)Show practice through living in a school to parents. (2)For parents, hold lecture and learning party. (3)A school and a family advocate a theme, and wrestle together to improve life of children.
