Research Abstract

当研究室ではこれまでにジメチル亜鉛と酸素をラジカル開始剤とする、エーテルα位水素引き抜きによる直接的新規エーテルラジカル発生法を見出している。発生したエーテルラジカルはイミンと反応し高収率で付加体を与える。キラル配位子存在下反応を行えばキラル亜鉛錯体が生成し、錯体関与で不斉ラジカル付加が進行する可能性がある。本研究はキラル配位子制御による不斉ラジカル付加反応の開発が目的である。本年度は前年度に引き続き、不斉補助基制御によるラジカル付加反応の開発を目的として以下の成果を上げた。
1)ジメチル亜鉛を開始剤とするヨウ化アルキルからの一級アルキルラジカルの発生とイミンに対する付加反応を検討した。その結果、三フッ化ホウ素エーテル錯体と触媒量の銅トリフラート存在下反応が劇的に加速することを見出し、一級アルキル付加体を高収率で得ることに成功した。本手法は二級アルキルラジカルの発生および付加反応にも適用可能である。
2)ジメチル亜鉛を開始剤とするα,β-不飽和カルボニル化合物に対するエーテル類の付加反応を検討した。α,β-不飽和N-トシルイミンをTHFおよびジメチル亜鉛の溶液に六時間かけてゆっくり滴下するとTHFの1,4-付加体が高収率で得られた。また、三フッ化ホウ素エーテル錯体存在下、アルキリデンマロネートに対する付加体が高収率で得られた。
3)ジメチル亜鉛を開始剤としてキラルN-スルフィニルイミンに対する一炭素、二炭素単位エーテルの付加反応を検討した。その結果3:2〜9:1の立体選択性、および良好な収率で付加体を得ることに成功した。
