Outline of Annual Research Achievements

マイクロ流路を用いて、細胞と流体との固液二相流状態で流路内部のインピーダンスをリアルタイムで計測することにより、細胞の電気的特性の計測と分離を行なった。
平成28年4月-5月 マイクロ流路配線改良図を作製し、クアーズテック株式会社の協力のもと、マイクロ流路周りの配線を作製した。現在、マイクロ流路を計測すると、ノイズの影響が大きいため、計測される誘電率は理論値より10倍大きくなる。電気の専門家であり、流路配線の問題を発見しているマンチェスター大学のYANG先生により、当研究室のマイクロ流路の配線設計について、有効な改良対策を得た。その提案に基づき、マイクロ流路を改良した。改良のキーポイントは、現在使用しているケーブルの周りに新しいケーブルを追加し、追加したケーブルは全部アースした。それにより9割程度のノイズの減少ができた。
平成28年6月-9月 EIT法を用いてマイクロ流路内における流れ場細胞濃度分布の画像化した。改良したマイクロ流路を用いて、FEM方法を用いて積層電極内装型マイクロチャンネルの垂直断面における細胞分布のモデルを作成し、画像再構成アルゴリズムについて考察した。その後、積層電極内装型マイクロチャンネルの各計測断面に設置された電極を用いてインピーダンスの計測を行い、画像再構成アルゴリズムを用いて流れ場の細胞分布の画像化した。
