Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究の目的は、「フェミニズム以降」の1970年代以降の農村における〈女性〉の構築過程を農村女性政策・運動・表象の相関に着目して明らかにすることである
2017年度は、昨年度までの研究で深められていなかった運動による代表／表象（representation）と地域社会における女性たちの実践に着目した研究をすすめた。農村女性が生活改善普及事業に参加する中で執筆した手記の分析を行い、だれが「農村女性」を代表するのか、女性たちによる自己表象のあり方とアイデンティティについて検討した。
昨年度までの研究過程で新たに面識を得た近現代の日記に関する研究グループとの交流を通して、上記の課題について研究報告をおこない、農村における家計簿や日記と理想的な女性像の変遷についての研究者ともディスカッションを行うことが出来た。また、昨年度韓国で行われたパーソナルドキュメント／エゴドキュメント研究に関するカンファレンスを経て執筆した論文が今年度韓国で出版された。
また、これまでの研究をまとめた博士論文『戦後日本における〈農村女性〉の構築過程－エンパワーメントの批判的検討を通して－』も完成させることができ、提出と審査を経て2018年1月に学位を取得した。
2017年度後半は出産と育児のため出張ができず、論文執筆とこれまでに収集した資料の整理・分析にあてた。
