Research Abstract

本研究では。低次元電子系における、圧力下での絶縁体から金属までの伝導電子の状態変化に関して以下の研究を行った。1、擬一次元電子系において鎖間の異なる2つの電荷移動の競合が増加することによりモット絶縁体から金属へ移ることをN鎖繰り込み群を用いて明らかにし、この結果出現する金属状態はネスティングを反映しファルミ面に依存した準粒子であることを示した。2、1次元朝永-ラッチンジャー液体における境界効果を調べるために核磁気緩和率を計算した。境界から離れるとフェルミ波数に依存し振動しながら一定値に近づくこと、その振幅は相互作用により増加する一方、温度揺らぎにより減少するという両者の競合の振る舞いを明らかにした。3、擬2次元有機導体β"-(DODHT)_2PF_6は常圧では電荷秩序を示すが、圧力下では超伝導が出現する。これは圧力下で金属状態になりためで、この発現機構として電荷秩序が存在するか又は融解するかによりスピン揺らぎ又は電荷揺らぎの可能性を指摘した。4、1次元電子系(EDO-TTF)_2PF_4塩の特異な絶縁体を理解するため、斥力相互作用や格子歪との結合が存在する場合の電子系を調べ、最近接斥力が十分大きい場合に電子-格子相互作用の効果により特異なパイエルス状態が生じることを示した。さらに格子歪がゼロの近傍の準安定状態が光誘起伝導に寄与する可能性を指摘した。5、擬2次元有機導体α-(BEDT-TTF)_2I_3のゼロギャップ状態における密度波形成をしらべ、運動量空間の2つの縮退点を結ぶ波数を持つスピン密度波が、バンド間励起、相互作用及び3次元効果により出現する可能性を示した。
