Research Abstract

本科研は、A01班の他の計画班研究者およびA02班とともに、全国規模のランダムサンプル(サンプル数12,408)の法意識調査(A02班は、紛争経験調査)を行った。この調査の結果から、法意識と紛争経験、法の主題化の関係(法利用の経験が前2者に大きく影響すること)および法意識の全体像(データとしては従前論じられてきた日本人の法意識論に近いが、その意味づけと解釈は大きく異なること)を示すことができた。
