Research Abstract

日本社会では、市民は法律を用いて紛争を処理することを好まないと言われてきた。本研究は、市民が紛争処理に法律を用いることを妨げる要因とは何かについて実証的データに基づき検証するものである。市民の行動を妨げる要因(非主題化要因)として、費用への心配、人間関係への配慮、情報不足や制度の不備などを挙げることができるが、非主題化要因としては、顕著なものを抽出することはできなかった。
