| Research Abstract |
Our co-researches "The actual conditions, interpretation and legislation of atypical securities (mortgages)" have been accomplished from 2003 to 2005. As research results of the three years, we can count chiefly the following.
(1) the year 2003
We have held 5 times staff meeting. In order to grasp the actual conditions of atypical securities (mortgages), we had several close meeting, and waked detailed questionnaires. On the other hand, we have carried out Korean research. We have invited professor Kim in Pusan to Hiroshina, and had his lecture. After the pre-search, we have visited to Yonsei university (professor kim) in Soul, and have had closed and detailed discussions.
(2) the year 2004
We have held 2 times staff meeting. With analysis of halfway collection of questionnaires, we have started the german research. After the lecture by german lawyer, we have visited to Germany, : Amtsgericht, Vermessungsamt in Heidelberg and Heidelberg university (professor Pffeifer), and we have made closed and detailed discussions.
(3) the year 2005
We have held 3 times staff meeting. As a corpus of our research, we have made a report. This report consist of 5 part (1 General, 2 Actual conditions, 3 Interpretation, 4 Legislation, 5 Materials) and 408 page. On a parallel with our research, we have realized 2 symposiums (Hiroshima Uni.and Kanseigakuin Uni.) at congress(Association of Land law, and Association of Sociology of law).
