Research Abstract |
The objective of this study is to verify the effectiveness of the project evaluation as a technique for grasping the needs of the residents, in order to integrate projects in the case of the consolidation of social welfare councils. Using the technique of communication questionnaires as the verification method, I made investigations in actual fields, built a database from the results of the investigations, and assayed the degree of the expectation and satisfaction of residents concerning the projects that the social welfare councils of municipalities are conducting. I systematized method for monitoring the region welfare plan and method and evaluation for Community welfare activity plan. From the results of the investigations, that plans must be reorganized and reconstructed gradually centering our attention on community welfare catchment areas, for the integration of projects accompanying consolidation.
