The quality improvement material (slaked lime, shell lime, vegetable oil, charcoal, diatomaceous earth, sea water.) handed down by the plasterer craftsman and waste (waste paper) is mixed in KABETSUCHI, and appearance and strength were examined.

Charcoal and sea water are mixed in KABETSUCHI is stronger than the standard model, and in other material case, those strengths decrease. Waste paper is mixed in KABETSUCHI is more tenacious than the standard model, and other materials shows the similar value to it. However, it is necessary that the accurate value is measured in present test method, because it is difficult, examination.
Three type test materials with the different compound ratio that are compounded of sawdust, disposal fiber and paper are made hard by Lignin. We practice the performance examinati
ons about VOC release, insulation and absorbency and release of moisture from the material surface. In case of insulation test, three type materials which have hollow spacing is manufactured because of heightening the insulation performance. In the VOC release test, as the VOC release speed was low, it was thought small the air pollution risk by the disposal paper and the lignin made hold down the VOC release speed. In insulation test, the material test piece No.1 compounded the ratio of the saw, disposal giber and paper to 3-1-1 has the low thermal conductivity of 0.044 (W/mK). Test piece with hollow spacing is superior in the insulation effect at the case of the type having the multi thin hole as straw. In absorbency and release of moisture test, the material test piece No.1 having good insulation performance shows the largest gradient of absorbency and release of moisture field in the characteristic curve and is superior the absorbency and release of moisture performance. However, as the material test piece No.1 is easily broken, the hardening agent should be use the greater adhesive strength something than the lignin used this test. Less
