Research Abstract |
The cultivation abandonment increases, and family farm that faces aging and the successor outflow cannot use the farmland enough. The event that brings the uneasiness of the occurrence of the pollution of remaining agricultural chemicals, a harmful microorganism and BSE etc. happens frequently. To ensure a perhaps high-quality, as part of commodity strategy safe food supply, a part of food industry is beginning agriculture. In this research, the case with the food manufacturing industry that entered the facilities gardening and produced the tomatoes and the case with the food service industry that started the production of the outdoors vegetable and rice and milk were investigated. Economical merits and demerits of the agricultural entry by the enterprise were chiefly examined during year first. The market securing, the food service industry used the personal management system, the labor cost was compressed as for a latter approval factor, and work was done flexibly corresponding to the break in the weather. A system condition concerning the acquisition of the farmland by the company was examined during year second. Concretely, it is strengthening of the market watch according to the prevention of continued securing of the farmland use of the company and the diversion and deregulation. Moreover, it was presented that the conversion to the monitoring system was necessary, and the review of the administrative system reorganization and the Agriculture Committee system were necessary. The final annual examined the maintenance of the watch, the investigation, and the system of the prosecution needed along with the deregulation of the agricultural land law.
