Research Abstract |
1-Etyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide gave an enhancement on chemiluminescence development of polyphenol dendrimer (Luminescence,18,239-242,2003). We estimated the CH-π interaction between polyphenol dendrimer and acetylcholine bromide (Ach) using ^1H-NMR to develop chemiluminecent method based on noncovalent bond. The N-methyl group of Ach shifted to the high magnetic field in the range of 0.02-0.08 ppm. The complex concentration reached maximum in the molar fraction 0.3 from Job's plots analysis. This indicated that a few of complexes formed. From the effect of Ach on the chemiluminescence of polyphenol dendrimer, 50 mM Ach gave 2.4-fold chemiluminescence enhancement. To synthesize fluorescent dendrimers, the first generation fluorescent dendrimers which have 2-Hydroxyquinoxaline(HQ),4-Hydroxycoumarin(HC) and 9-(Hydroxymethyl)anthracene(HA) as core molecules were synthesized. 3,4,5-Tribenzyloxybenzoyl group gave 1.5- and 1.3-fold enhancement on the fluorescence of HQ and HA, respectively. 3,4,5-Trihydroxybenzoyl group gave 3.1-fold enhancement on the fluorescence of HQ.
