Outline of Final Research Achievements |
High temperature superconductors have their transition temperatures above 90 K. This superior property has long been waited for fruitful applications. Our target materials are Bi2212 phase material, which are stacked layered structure with Josephson character. Due to this Josephson character, it is possible to generate coherent, continuous stable THz waves similar to optical lasers. We hope that our research results can provide useful knowledge and technologies for write and read-out the information for quantum computation in near future.
