| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In medical education, in the past, most studies were moral studies that imposed norms, but we conducted research in a pragmatic manner in which studies were conducted based on the order possessed by the interaction itself. Also, the professionalism of the former profession has been made into a framework from the standpoint of what kind of special burden should be applied to the profession side from the client side under the paternalistic premise. However, at present, it has replaced the argument that imposes on the professional side the principle of emphasizing the client's lifestyle. We proposed medical student education improvement measures based on actual interaction data.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
樫田美雄・岡田光弘・中塚朋子編、藤崎和彦監修2018『医療者教育のビデオエスノグラフィー』（晃洋書房）を上梓し、医学教育関係者に対し、相互行為分析をもちいて、医学教育の研究をする場合のモデルを提示できたことは特筆するべき成果である。さらに、全国の医学教育関係者に案内したうえで、同書の刊行記念シンポジウムを開催し、対面での研究方法説明をおこなった。さらにこのシンポジウムの成果を中心に、『専門職倫理教育の相互行為分析』という科研費報告書を第1冊子と第2冊子の2冊刊行した。これらをとおして、発達障害的傾向のある医療専門職志望者への指導法に新境地を開いたといえよう。
