Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study was to develop psychological intervention focused on resignation. Effectiveness research in smartphone application revealed that experiencing the unpredictable stories about resignation enhance “Meaningful Cognition”, lower “Failure Cognition” and increase mental health. This finding contributes to the practical studies about resignation.
