Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Here we tried to examine the potential of Virus Like Nano-Particle (VLNP) as the delivery tool of vaccine adjuvant. We showed that CpG oligo-modified VLNP enhanced the adjuvant activity of CpG oligo in vitro and in vivo.
