| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition related genes plastin 3 (PLS3) is co-expression with a receptor TGFBR of TGFB and endocytosis-associated gene RAB5. The group of PLS3 high expression, Rab5 high expression and TGFBR high expression was predicted a poor prognosis. This experiments showed that PLS3, RAB5 and TGFBR is co-expressed in breast cancer cell line MCF7. The group of PLS3 high expression, Rab5 high expression and TGFBR high expression was confirmed a poor prognosis for the first time in breast cancer patients.
