階層的多孔構造をもつリン酸塩系モノリスの作製と物性評価

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

去年の研究成果の基づき、得られた階層的多孔構造をもつリン酸塩モノリス(リン酸バナジウム、リン酸コバルト)について、アンモニア昇温脱離法、水素昇温還元法、X線光電分光法などの触媒を分析する手法を用いて、材料の方面化学状態を分析した。ドイツのマックスプランク石炭研究所のFerdi Schuthグループとの共同研究で、ヒドロキシメチルフルフラール(HMF)を空気酸化する反応をモデル反応として、水や様々な有機溶媒において、得られたリン酸バナジウムの酸化触媒性能を評価した。また、含浸法を利用して、リン酸バナジウムの表面にルテニウム(Ru)ナノ粒子を析出し、同じ反応において、HMFの転換率および目標生成物2,5-Furandicarboxylic acidへの選択率の向上を試みた。
得られた階層多孔構造をもつリン酸コバルトに低温水熱処理を施すことにより、結晶相の転移やマクロメソレベルの微細構造、即ちモルフォロジーの変化が発見された。アメリカのラトガース大学のTewodros Asefaグループとの共同研究で、水熱処理後のリン酸コバルトの水電気化学分解性能を調べた。
新規材料合成について、階層的多孔構造をもつチタニアモノリスを鋳型として用いて、低濃度のリン酸で表面修飾することにより、チタニアモノリス表面にリン酸イオンを付着させた。得られたものを光触媒として評価したところ、Rhodamine 6G色素の光分解において、市販のP25酸化チタンと比べて、倍以上の反応速度を示した。また、高濃度のリン酸で処理することにより、階層的多孔構造を保ちながら、様々な結晶相をもつ単相のリン酸チタンモノリスが得られた。得られた結晶性リン酸チタンモノリスを吸着剤として、クルクミンの吸着放出を試みた。
