Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this research, statistically examined whether the information transmitted by the supplier side of tourism products matches the information required by consumers using text mining method. The official websites of tourism associations as the information that the supplier sends out, and the reviews websites as the information of the consumers were used. As a result, information on the tourism association's perspective was mainly sent on the official website, and how to proceed with information dissemination by consumers' eyes has become clear as a future subject.
