Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study,I analyzed an effect of the empowering leadership in a Japanese company.Empowering leadership is the leadership to support subordinates.As a result of this study,I concluded that the empowering leadership did not affect the subordinates' creativity and ability directly.However I understood that the empowering leadership affected subordinates' creativity and ability indirectly through their psychological empowerment.And I found that superiors took the empowering leadership style by their innovative personality.
