Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this research is to examine what kinds of behaviors are promoted or avoided when predicting uncertain events, and the process by which such actions affect later behaviors, from both the perspective of general events and gambling by making predictions, focusing on the recognition of causality based on the assumption of the prediction "hoist a flag" and the result. In these research, it was shown that there is a basic emphasis on avoiding negative outcomes, and that the behavior in forecasting, such as increasing awareness of causality or promoting bets in gambling, affects later actions.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
