Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The control-oriented guidance has caused problems such as corporal punishments by excessively controlling the freedom and play of students. On the other hand, those children who don't attend to school are unable to play by overcontrolling their own freedom. It is true that young people, when they become adults, must abandon their play and engage in labor. But, before they abandon their play, they have to indulge into their play until they are tired of their play. Therefore, in part-time high schools, they must use of the characteristics of accepting a number of those students who have various backgrounds, tolerate their freedom and play, and take advantage of their interaction. And they need students' participation and autonomy, in order to keep discipline while guiding students in this way.
