| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Support for reentry of juvenile delinquents sent to juvenile training schools is conducted through correctional education (treatment in facilities) and parole (treatment in society). However, administrative separation of correction and rehabilitation, large environmental gap between highly controlled institution and the community full of "noise" cause various difficulties for both juveniles and those engaged in support.
Under these circumstances, probation officers, volunteer probation officers, and staff of rehabilitation facilities are conducting various support for juveniles and coordination of environment towards their smooth reentry.
