Outline of Final Research Achievements |
ASC5-4 which is a high producing strain of acrylic acid (AS) degradation candidate in Aspergillus oryzae (Self Cloning) capable of degrading acrylamide (AA) can increase the efficiency of AS reduction in water and coffee I found out. There was no particular phenomenon in which efficiency was improved for reducing AA. It was found that the Aspergillus oryzae bred by this was one of the genes related to AS degradation. However, they work separately without interlocking with amidase, and it seems that there is a problem with localization of each enzyme in the cell. Establishment of conditions for repeated reuse of amidase high production Aspergillus oryzae and prospect of technological development to suppress the disposal treatment of cellulose carrier.
