Outline of Annual Research Achievements

当該年度においては、新たな撮像法である圧縮センシングを用いた高速撮像法（Improved VIBE)で造影乳房MRI超早期相の画像を評価した。
従来法と異なり、微細な構造についても高い空間分解能と時間分解能を両立した画像を得ることができ、乳房における動静脈の分離も可能であり、その結果を第二回ABCCにて発表した。Onishi N et al. Ultrafast Dynamic Contrast Enhanced MRI of the Breast Using Compressed Sensing: Separate Visualization of Breast Arteries and Veins.
また、当初使用した撮像法(KWIC)の結果は国際学会（ISMRM 2016)で発表した後、論文: Ohashi et al. Diagnostic performance of maximum slope as a novel kinetic parameter in high resolution ultrafast MRI using KWIC。を近日中に投稿の予定である。
今後は集積したデータを解析し、圧縮センシングを用いた高速撮像法（Improved VIBE)でMaximum slopeを評価したものが、良悪の鑑別や、術前化学療法の効果判定に役立つか検討を進めていく予定である。
論文の採択には至っていないが、研究は一定の成果が得られたと考えている。
