Outline of Final Research Achievements

We investigated the mechanism of inflammatory response after trauma using ''Two-hit model".
Two-hit model consists of tissue-bone matrix (TBX) model and hemorrhagic shock model. TBX model is a novel model, we developed before.
TBX induced a systematic inflammatory response and attenuated a intestinal motility at 21 hours after transplantation of TBX. However "Tow-hit model" did not induced inflammatory response in our experiment.
