| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This research project examined principal ideas of research integrity or research based on the fundamental inquiries, while considering the climate of education and research in Japan. It also proposed an institutional design and effective educational framework for research integrity without committing a misconduct. Specifically,based on survey research on relevant fields such as ethics and religious studies and scientific theory as well as research networks built, we invited researchers in the field, sent researchers to international academic conferences, and held regular discussions to strengthen the joint research system. As a result of that research, we held symposiums with researchers both in Japan and abroad, gave several conference presentations, and published research papers.
