Outline of Final Research Achievements	The Khitan language is generally recognized as an undeciphered language whose sources are written in the Khitan scripts or phonetically annotated in Chinese characters in Chinese documents. Several problems in Khitan grammar, including phonotactics, plural suffixes, direction terms, and numerals, have been solved during this three-year project by conducting linguistic analyses of the data collected from Khitan script materials. These results have been published as academic papers.
