Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We herein investigated the role of metabolic surgery, especially in the colon, for the morbid obesity. Metabolic surgery (Duodeno-jejunal bypass) had the effect for the nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, diabetes mellitus, and changed the gut microbiota. However, the colon bypass was not effective in our experiments
