Research Abstract |
A new spectroscopic analysis method was designed aiming at proposing a new measurement principle, and putting it to practical use as a measurement method and it made it public on J.Phys.Chem. B in 2002. This was based on a peculiar idea that built 'virtual light' with a parallel electric field vibration to the traveling direction of light into the regression, and the measurement theory had the side not somewhat understood easily. On the other hand, it only has to measure the single beam spectrum of the hilt that changes the angle of incidence to the thin film, and it is extremely easily enforceable in an actual measurement. This method was named multiplicity incidence resolution spectroscopy (multiple-angle incidence resolution spectrometry ; MAIRS), and the base of this research was completed.
