Research Abstract |
The target of this study is to solve the phenomena of unstable vibration in axial turbine and centrifugal compressor. For the axial turbine, the unstable vibration was solved and the several counter measure were proposed and confirmed. Especially partial admission effects are fully studied. For the centrifugal compressor, special experimental model was developed to solve the phenomena of unstable vibrations. The experimental study is still continued. As a conclusion, the unstable vibration of the axial turbine was solved, however, the unstable vibration of centrifugal compressor still has difficulty for fully understanding. The study will be continued many years.
