Research Abstract |
We noted that cytokine inducible SH2-containing protein (CISH) expression in allergen-stimulated CD4+ T cells from hen's egg-allergic patients were significantly increased in both mRNA and protein levels compared with that from non-allergic children. CISH may contribute to understanding the pathogenesis of hen's egg allergy.
