Research Abstract |
In 2004, we studied and found the propriety of questionnaires for the state of mind and pain, least fluctuation of day-to-day EMG recording, establishing the method of recognition of parafunctional clenching. And we found the reliability of continual EMG recording for long time. In 2005, we performed the analysis on relationships between the state of mind and pain, and then we suggest that people who are in stress may show the EMG activities on the state of performing parafunctional clenching. From 2005, we have presented our studies on the meetings and papers additionally as follows. 1. Suzuki E, Ishigaki S, Morishige E, Yatani H : Electromyographic Activities of Masseter Muscles During Speech in Myalgia Patients. The 85th General Session and Exhibition of the International Association for Dental Research(IADR), March 21-24, 2007, new Orleans, Louisiana.
