Research Abstract |
As for the physical assessment education, it is proposed substantiality not to mention planning it introduction to basics education / postgraduate education together when it is necessary to build an education system by cooperation with continuing education. Entry level education and continuing education were both necessary, and, for improvement of quality of a nursing procedure of clinical nurse. The physical assessment education that established an important point for breath sounds / heart sound auscultation at entry level education and the physical assessment workshop that put a focus for breath sounds / heart sound auscultation for clinical nurse were performed. Speakers or simulators were used after education / the training, and having put multiple times repetition, about education / training and a period, and an answer was evaluated. If there was the thing that only one training revealed a significant rise, the training of three times was passed through, and there was the item where there were not much education effects. It was not so in normal breath sound whereas all the correct answer rates after having finished the training of all three times exceeded 90% in abnormal breath sound. Phonic nature was characteristic abnormal breath sound, and it developed a thing in the tendency that was easy to be learned by the training. In addition, an education effect of auscultation varied by kind of breath sounds. On the other hand, improvement and a fixation of an apparent cognitive level were not found about heart sound auscultation. An effect would demonstrate the training methods that there was efficiently in future by performing further study, and it was thought that it was necessary to let entry level education and continuing education fill up
