●Purpose : 1 Clarify the ethical dilemma among nurse managers 2 Clarify how much nurse managers deal with ethical dilemma ●Method : survey research N=1039 Questionnaire has 6 dimensions (patients' environment, staffs' labor condition, quality of service, human relationship, clinical education and professional morality) of ethical issues and consisted of 39 items. Each item was asked from four perspectives (section A-D) with 4-point Likert scale Section A How often does this occur in your section? Section B How much are you dealing with this? Section C How much are you dissatisfied with your dealing with this issue? Section D How often does this occur in your hospital? ●Results Returning rate 46% (472), male 22, female 459, average age is 8.8years Nurse managers recognize ethical issues related to labor condition mostly, such as shortage of nurses, ambiguous evaluation over work and so on. They are dealing with these issues very well. However, they left dissatisfaction even though they dealt with the issues frequently. Acts of violence among hospital employees is the fewest recognized ethical issues among nurse managers. Tell to others about patients' secret without consideration, violence by patients or families are also fewer issues As for the Rank Correlation Index, all the sections has significant correlation each other
