| Research Abstract |
The purpose of this study is the development of the evaluation system of the care insurance in the municipalities.
(I)The independent support system for a user of the care insurance.
1,691 care service users of 3 years in Gunma Prefecture were examined about their disease, their residence place and their change of degree of care needs. It was found that the execution and of evaluation system of the care management to prevent illness for the user are necessary.
(II)The care management system for a user of the care insurance.
19 care managers and 4 public health nurses in Gunma Prefecture were gathered for the care management system research.
The method of the execution of the care management and the evaluation was presented in the research team.
(III)The home care support system for a user of the care insurance.
1039 caregiver of home care service users lived in a city were examined about their physical and mental conditions, their care service utilization, their care burden and their demands of home care by the self-questionnaire. It was found that it was necessary to prepare the information system to use corresponding to the variety of the conditions of the user.
