Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Using a diamond nitrogen vacancy center (NV center), we have realized quantum media conversion from a single photon to a single nitrogen nucleon with a heralding function based on the quantum teleportation principle. We have also achieved selective integrated quantum memory writing from single photons to isotopic carbon nucleons around NV. We also succeeded in complete Bell measurement between isotopic carbon quantum memories, quantum error correction using many nucleons as logical qubits, and quantum wavelength conversion between a photon of optical communication wavelength and a photon of diamond absorption wavelength.
