| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This reseach was focused on collaboration of different speciality area, healthcare, information technology, business, and engineering to solve community issues where the resource were scarce. A curriculum was developed for graduate studets majoring differenct subjects to develop generic skills required as an advanced professional. The generic sills are including; communication,facilitation, leadership, and problem solving skills. We also created Rubruic to evaluate each skills and examined the validity and reliability. It was possible to examined the relaiability of the rubric, however, the vailidity of the ruburic requires to observe long term outcome.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
大学院教育における基盤となる能力の評価指標の整理：コモンルーブリックを異分野の5大学連携協働で作成することにより、視野の広い評価指標の作成が可能となった。また、大学院教育の質向上が行うことができ、 ① 評価指標を整理することで、学生の到達度を客観的に評価することができ、その結果を振り返ることで、プログラムの継続的改善が可能となった。② 5大学の教員が協働で評価指標等を作成するプロセスで、異分野の教員が交流することで、幅広い教育力の向上ができた。
