| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The Colloquial words and the Written Arabic words have been created in one lexicon. Although colloquial and written Arabic are actually used in one linguistic life, separate dictionaries have been created so far. By combining them into one lexicon, students can now learn to distinguish between words used only in spoken Arabic, words used only in written Arabic, and the meaning of the same word in spoken Arabic and in written Arabic.

口語と文語の使い分けは、多かれ少なかれ、あらゆる言語社会に存在する。例えば日本語でも、話される言葉と文章を書く時に使われる語彙や文法には違いがあるし、敬語体系の中での使い分けもある。本研究は、このような1つの言語社会での使い分けの様子を調査し、提示する方法を、エジプトのアラビア語社会を例に提案したものである。
