We have investigated the trend of Active Learning originated by USA.
And We have analysed the advanced practices implemented by Junior High school attached to Kumamoto University.Moreover We published "Competency based Curricilum Management" cooperated with Takakura elemetary school in Kyoto.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
「主体的・対話的で深い学び」としてのアクティブラーニング論が教育現場において実現するためには、それを具体的に駆動させるカリキュラムの開発とさらには教育評価のあり方を明示しなくてはならない。本研究では、アクティブラーニング論の本質的理解を図るべく、その発祥地である米国の研究動向を分析するとともに、日本の先進校にフィールドワークを試みることによって、確かな理論的実践的提言を行うことができた。その成果は、研究メンバーに多産的に出版された書籍で公開されている。
