Outline of Final Research Achievements |
To understand the relationship between polyamine and senescence in plants, I analyzed internal polyamine levels and effect of polyamine treatment in various horticultural crops during senescence. Then, it was found that quality of some crops was improved by exogenous polyamine treatment. In addition, uncommon minor polyamine and it biosynthetic pathway was identified.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
