In order to establish a diversity model of therapeutic response to collagen diseases, recombinant inbred MXH/lpr mice were bred and returned from frozen fertilized eggs to provide mice for experiments. Among Opn and autoantigen-inhibiting proteins, proteins containing a binding epitope with Opn were analyzed and synthesized by a wheat germ cell-free protein synthesis system. In parallel with the in vitro analysis, we developed a drug delivery system (DDS) by lymphatic administration. Cyclophosphamide was administered to patients with glomerulonephritis.
