Outline of Final Research Achievements |
A short-term intensive education program about foundation for implementing learning-centered education, was being implemented to teachers who are involved in basic nursing education, and clinical nurses who are involved in nursing students' practicum and in-service training of nurses. Learning effects were compared before and after the program. Participants to the program were asked to write reflection sheets on their educational practices after the program, and the practical knowledge of the nursing education were integrated from the contents of the accumulated reflection sheets.

本研究により、学習者中心性の教授学習パラダイムを基盤に、主体的に考え判断できる看護職を育成する教育者の教育力を追及し、実装可能で長期的な効果も踏まえた教育プログラムを構築することにより、エビデンスのある看護教育実践につながる。その結果社会や、人々のニーズに応えることができる力のある看護職の育成に繋がると考えられる。
