Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, our goal is to develop SPP system in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. To archive it, I first construct two plasmids. One is to express sequence-specific endoribonuclease and another is to express target protein. We constructed the two plasmids to express MazF or MqsR and a target protein, respectively. We tried may conditions however we could not develop yeast SPP system.
