| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study I created a series of corpus from 56 stenographic Rakugo stories by Shofuku-tei Shokaku V that were published in a pre-war coterie Rakugo magazine, “Kamigata-Hanashi”.The corpora are open to the public as “Kamigata-Hanashi Corpus (prototype edition)”.
This corpus series works with a full-text search system “Himawari”, which is easy for the general public to use because of its simple structure. User can search not only texts themselves but also ruby characters, speakers, and placenames. They can display the original image of the original text, too. I conducted three research presentations to publicize the corpus series, followed by one published paper. In some universities I gave lectures to demonstrate how it is useful for historical study of the Keihan (Kyoto and Osaka) dialect.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
これまでのコーパスには、近代以降の方言を扱ったものがほとんどなく、利用システムも研究者向けの難解なものが多かった。しかし本研究で簡便な「上方はなしコーパス」を作成したことにより、「日本語歴史コーパス」に欠けていた近代京阪方言の話し言葉（上方落語）を容易に検索できるようになった。
「上方はなしコーパス」は、研究者だけでなく落語家や落語愛好家にも利用しやすい仕組みになっており、戦前の上方落語を知る上で非常に有用なツールである。日本語の方言研究にだけでなく、上方芸能史の研究にも十分役立つものであるといえる。
