| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Regarding the actual situation of the French dual system in higher education, I could clarify some historical changes and actual situations. In particular, the educational content, curriculum, or role of the educational system varies greatly depending on the type of educational institution such as university, grande ecoles (ecoles des ingenieurs/ecoles de commerce)etc.In other words, it is the discovery of the diversity of these dual systems that is the greatest achievement of this research.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
これまで研究対象とされてこなかった高等教育のデュアルシステムに焦点を絞り，その実態に迫れたことは，当該分野の研究発展に大きく寄与できたと考えられる．また，本研究により得られる高等教育におけるデュアルシステムについての知見やその蓄積は，他国の研究事例ともあわせ，ひるがえって日本の高等教育における職業教育やキャリア教育の将来を考えるうえで，新たな視座を与えるものであり，今後の職業教育やキャリア教育の具体的な政策や将来像を検討する際に，大きく貢献できたと考えられる．
